The Scholastic Book Fair is here, May 22nd, 23rd, and
24th, at the Jack and Denny Smith Library, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Stop by and
buy books to donate to your child's classroom, replenish your own library, or
buy a book or two for loved ones and friends. If you are not able to
visit the Book Fair, online shopping is now available at bit.ly/bookfairmay2012,
and the books will be shipped to the school free of charge. The Book Fair
will also be open during Open House, Thursday, May 24th, from 5 to 7:30 pm.
The students will have a chance to make a wish list
and/or shop during their first classroom visit, and to complete their shopping
on their second classroom visit. Please check with your teacher for the
days their classroom visits have been scheduled.
Volunteers are needed to help run the Book Fair, and to assist the
