PARENTING WORKSHOP ON MARCH 7TH FROM 6:00 to 8:00PM – BE SURE TO SAVE THE DATE

Parent educator and consultant Amity Grimes will be facilitating a discussion on Single Parenting on March 7^th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  Childcare will be provided and dinner will be available for purchase.  Amity wants to be sure to address the topics that are of interest to the MWES parents.  Some possible suggested topics are:  (1) discipline issues with co-parenting, (2) giving children permission to love both parents, (3) parenting totally on your own and (4) talking about complicated subjects such as death, separation, divorce, remarriage, blended families, and adoption.  Please be sure to contact Nicole Thomas at programs@mwpta.org to let us know what topics interest you the most or let us know what additional topics you’d like Amity to cover.  More details will be provided as the date gets closer.
